With our embedded customer support team and direct lines of communication with our members, we frequently gathered rich feedback and insights to inform our business and design decisions.

Our team conducted regular surveys, user interviews, and in-person visits to observe and understand how the EasyKicks service fit into families' lives. Many features of EasyKicks and later, Nike Adventure Club, were a direct response to this research, helping us craft a service that met real needs and brought joy to kids across the country.
