Born in Nike Valiant Labs, EasyKicks was Nike's first exploration into subscription business models. Originally conceived as a service for elite runners who cycle through their shoes quickly, the business pivoted after qualitative research pointed us towards designing the service for parents of fast-growing kids. EasyKicks offered convenience, predictability, and a personalized experience for a flat monthly fee.
